API terms and conditions
Contract terms for the hosted screening and matching API.
Draft under legal review. This document has not yet been approved by counsel. It shows the terms we intend to apply and may change before it takes effect.
Status of these terms
These terms will govern the hosted screening and matching API (/api/screen, /api/match, /api/search and related endpoints) when it is sold under an account. Until they are published, API use is covered by the terms of use and the data licence.
To be provided: counsel-drafted API terms, matching how the API is actually sold: billing model and any credits and their validity, account and registration rules, support tiers, availability commitment, and the effective date.
