Source register, programme, first-seen and last-loaded dates travel with the data, not in a separate document.

One entity, not five list entries
Where the same person appears on several lists, the listings are grouped under one merged entity with each listing kept and credited.

Scope of the licence
- Permitted use
- The data, or screening results from it, embedded in your own product or service for your own end customers, including bulk delivery of defined data sets to them.
- End customers
- Must be bound by terms at least as protective as our terms of use and data licence, in particular attribution and independent verification before an adverse decision.
- Limits
- No stand-alone right for end customers to extract or re-export the data outside your product, unless agreed. Publisher restrictions always prevail.
- Term
- One year, renewing.
- Fees
- , or a share of end-customer revenue, negotiated per licensee.
