Free and discounted access for start-ups and public-interest work

Early-stage companies, journalists, researchers, NGOs and academics often need the public record without the budget for a full licence. This page explains what is available, who it is for and how to apply.

Who it is for

Access is considered for the following groups:

  • Early-stage companies building compliance, onboarding or risk checks into a product.
  • Journalists investigating sanctions, politically exposed persons, debarments or company ownership.
  • Researchers and academics studying sanctions, corporate transparency or public procurement.
  • NGOs and other public-interest organizations doing due diligence or accountability work.

What you get

Two routes are available. Both use the same records, credited to their publishers and dated, as the paid products.
